An award winning luxury Bed and Breakfast with a difference
We have two luxury rooms
Three south facing double rooms with a king size beds
one north faing double room and a Luxury family suite of rooms
Our luxury ground floor en-suite bedroom has a super-kingsize (6 ft) bed that can be converted into two seperate 3 ft beds according to requirement. This room also has two comfortable armchairs, a table, and a refrigerator in which to store a bottle of wine or ice for your G and T! In -room facilities include Tea and coffee making , a flat screen colour TV with built-in DVD player and Freeview, offering all your favourite TV and radio programmes. It also has some disabled facilities (see our Access Statement for details)
On the first floor we have available a ‘family’ suite of rooms'' welcoming families with children over the age of six years old.This suite is also suitable for two couples travelling together. It incorporates a spacious main bedroom with armchairs, refrigerator, tea and coffee making facilities, a television with built in DVD player and Freeview and a king size bed. The adjoining bedroom has two 3 ft single beds, plus TV with DVD player and Freeview. The family suite has its own separate toilet and bathroom including a shower.
Our other 4 bedrooms, situated on the first floor, all have en suite facilities with tea and coffee making facilities, flat screen TV, DVD and Freeview and most have there own refrigerator.
Each room has added facilities of a hairdryer, fine quality Egyptian bed linen, towels and binocular. Most rooms have duel control electric blankets for the cooler nights with bathrobes included for use in the Luxury rooms.
Most of the rooms have fantastic views over the Ritec Fen – a Site of Special Scientific Interest – to the sea, and to Caldey Island and its beach.
There is a large inviting guest lounge on the ground floor with a log burner for the cooler months. Adjoining the lounge is a conservatory where breakfast is served . Both these areas have the same scenic views as the bedrooms.
The free use of Computer, Broadband and wifi facilities are available upon request.
